Where we ship from
All orders ship from our warehouse in Vero Beach, Florida. We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Once shipped, your order arrives within 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders over $60 ship free. Any applicable duties and import fees are already covered — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no surprise charges on delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at info@candyswe.com and we'll help.
Return & Refund Policy
Our promise
We want you to love your Swedish candy. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.
Return window
You may request a return within [30] days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be unopened and in their original condition. For food-safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns of opened or partially consumed candy unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted beyond enjoyment, incorrect, or missing items, email us at info@candyswe.com within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly — no hassle.
How to start a return
Email info@candyswe.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions and the return address so you can ship the item back to us.
Return shipping
- We provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within [5–7] business days. You'll get an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
